FAQs

1. What is the purpose of carrying out this activity digitally?

The digital activity makes it possible for a user to access it from anywhere and at any time of convenience. Students need not travel anywhere at a stipulated time for a digital activity since they can access it even sitting at home. We are aware of the over-burdened schedules of students and parents in today’s life. A digital activity can ease out many things for both of them.

2. Without personal interactions, how will this program serve its purpose?

In this activity about self-development, the results are achieved mainly due to the student's performance while using the instructions in the day-to-day routine, preparing factual reports, and making necessary positive changes after obtaining guidelines from us. Simply learning information by heart or knowledge of various technics is not sufficient. So, all the necessary material for actual development that a student is supposed to get can easily be provided through digital activity.

3. How can students make use of this activity effectively?

It is necessary to have sincere and consistent participation by allotting at least 15-20 minutes per day to read and analyze the questionnaire, information or instructions. Self-assess one's daily performance using a questionnaire, identify mistakes made or shortcomings, plan for the next day and try to remember the corrective action while carrying out daily work.

4. What do you mean by natural and practical measures?

It is an effort to draw a student's mind towards many naturally inbuilt emotions and abilities that everyone possesses. Also, it is necessary to understand for a student about using them in day-to-day practical life. So a person's performance, people a person comes across, their effect on a person's life and the circumstances one comes across are the basic tools which are made use of in this activity to understand, develop and test these natural abilities.

5. What will happen if I do not engage in such an activity?

You may not develop your thought process or mannerisms with a conscious mind. Rather these important aspects will be dictated by external factors like people around, circumstances, or many other attractions in today's modern world. You may not imbibe a basic process of development or positive growth which involves self-assessment, accepting mistakes, adapt the right guidance, and then make necessary improvements.

6. Do you provide parental guidance?

Yes. The content of the activity is automatically useful for parents to focus on every factor necessary for their child's upbringing. Over and above, we can even provide parental guidance separately.

7. Is this activity a kind of counseling?

No. This is not a counseling activity. Rather it is an effort to make children perfect in every way to an extent that they should not require counseling of any sort anytime in life.

8. What does the course material consist of?

In our basic program, the topics revolve around all the various day-to-day routine works a student is required to carry out. Initially, more focus is on generating realization which should be the first step of development. After realization, it is possible to get whole hearted participation from students. The questionnaire, hints about a topic are provided at regular intervals. Information and instructions are also provided wherever necessary. But this material is not in form of lengthy articles. The concerning matter is explained in easy-to-understand language and using very few words.

9. Can the activity be used for only a particular purpose?

Yes. The activity can always be customized as per the student's needs. Our Guidance Program serves this purpose.

10. Do you provide any discount offers for more number of students?

Yes. If parents approach in groups, we can think of giving a suitable discount. The discount will depend upon the size of the group.

11. Do you engage in personal interactions?

Currently, this being an initial phase of the program, we are making use of digital medium only. We send course material, intend to receive responses, declare results, or solve any queries/doubts using digital media only. But in near future, as we grow, we intend to engage in personal meets as well.

12. Is this activity conducted in batches?

The competitions are conducted by forming batches of a minimum of 25 or a maximum of 50 students depending upon the response. There is no possibility of a group in the individual or a personalized program.

13. Will the result be seen in academic performance?

The effect of these activities on various aspects of life will be witnessed over a long period provided the questionnaire, hints, and instructions are followed sincerely. The results should be witnessed in every sphere including approach towards study.

14. What is the difference between a personality development activity and your activity?

A personality development activity is more of a superficial process that focuses on the overall presentation of a person in front of the outside world. Our program emphasizes more on the involvement of a student in a process of upgrading natural abilities and the value of emotions.

15. Does your activity involve homework or projects?

No. Students are required to remember and follow hints and instructions while doing daily activities. So no extra efforts are required to be put in. Students are only required to submit their weekly performance report in text, audio, or video format to us, once at the end of every week, for our review and remarks.

16. Can the duration of these programs be reduced?

No. Positive change or development is a gradual process as our own resistance to the change acts as a major constraint. So initially the students may find it difficult to perform as per instructions due to their current mindset and habits. So many times, instructions will be repeated to instill certain concepts in the minds of the students. This is the main reason why this program can- not be completed in a few hours or days.

17. How will this activity cater to the different age groups?

The program has been designed carefully taking into consideration two factors. First, is the age-appropriateness of the activities based on the different abilities and skills the children should be mastering at a particular age level, and second, making the activities lucid to facilitate effective understanding for each age level.

18. How will this activity be effective for the small age group i.e.  4th Grade to 9th Grade?

In this age group, the activity must be carried out under the governance of parents. During this age group, as the mindset is still in the process of developing, there is comparatively less resistance than adults to bring about a positive change. The total focus of the activity here is to shape their mindset and mannerism through their own behavior as their thought process is still immature. The emphasis here is to shape their behavior and subsequently develop a supportive thought process.

19. Can this activity be carried out offline using conventional methods?

Yes. This activity can be carried out conventionally as well. Instead of providing course material online through emails, the same can be delivered to students in form of hard copies. Instead of using webinars at times, we can conduct seminars. All other aspects of the activity that can be done digitally can be carried out offline by using different conventional methods.

20. Do you provide personal counseling to students, parents, or professionals?

Yes. But we do not handle topics like academic subjects, career counseling, investments, etc. Our counseling is more inclined to giving candidates a proper realization of the root cause of their problems, self-assessing parameters, improving their performance to deal with all odds of life and be successful.
